The Retreat is situated in the Village of Woodham Ferrers in Mid Essex surrounded by lovely countryside but within easy access of major roads and a railway station.

The Retreat offers a flexible living space for two people with an upstairs bedroom and also a sofa bed downstairs. On the ground floor you will find a bright modern living space all furnished to a high standard.

There is a modern bathroom with a walk in shower and a fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and a slow cooker. There is a simple dining area inside, or enjoy Al-Fresco dining in our quiet garden. Plenty of parking on site too.

The Retreat is self catering, however we can arrange meals if required.

Cost – A recommended donation of £75 per night (min 2 nights). To ensure all guests can enjoy this retreat, if the recommended donation poses a challenge, please contact us before booking to discuss whether alternative arrangements would enable us to cover our costs.  There is a non returnable deposit of 50% of the final cost, with the balance to be paid a month before arrival.
